996 Turbo Tip Help!
In order to afford a 996 TT I bought a car that had been hit damaging the right fender and right front suspension and mildly tweaking the left rear suspension.
The key would not come out the ignition so it was replaced. The key still is very difficult to remove and the gear shift is very hard to move back and forth taking two hands to force it into gear.
43,000 miles on the car. Any idea what has gone wrong with the tip and or gear changer? Everything else operates normally
Thank you

rhart,
There are several people that could provide answers for your dilemma, although.......you'd probably get much better feedback by reposting your thread three sections down on the 996 Turbo Forum. This forum is for the old aircooled Turbos !
Best of luck with your project.
