Default Quick advice on this flatnose 930

Hi guys I am bidding on this 930 tomorrow morning at auction in Japan, I have bought many cars from japan previously and they were all in pristine condition , however I am nervous about buying a 911 as it will be the first one and I'm a little nervous about buying trouble. I have a contact there who can look the car over tonight but I need to tell him what to look for as he hasn't much experience with Porsche. it's like the blind leading the blind on this one, it's short notice as the car only appeared today for auction and I have until early tomorrow morning before she goes through. thanks in advance for your help.

6.5 million yen is approx 60,000.00 USD.
it's difficult to evaluate without more details and photos.
The big positive is it's an 89 with a G50/50 gear box.

I clicked on the link but could not find the flatnose of which you speak.
I live in Tokyo and generally have avoided the main auto auctions because especially for the air cooled cars, all the good ones are snapped up way before they get to auc, tion. If its an original flatnose they are selling for about $100,000. If its a modified car then $50-60,000. I am guessing if its at the auction then it needs an engine overhaul or paint. Slight exhaust leak or oil leak means broken head studs. Either job here cost a minimum of $10,000. I might know the car. Please send a link to the actual car.
