When I purchased the car I had my Porsche shop take out the engine and replace anything that needed to be(even parts that did not since the engine was out). I also had them install Fabspeed Headers(with heat exchangers), BMC Air Intake and convert the A/C to 134, new clutch. Replaced all the A/C hoses and drier(it blows out cold air!). I also installed Rennline pedals and Turbo SS Door sills. The car came with Borla exhaust. Installed full frontal, mirrors, rocker panel paint protection system(car had a system on it but did not cover all the areas I wanted covered). I have all the original parts for the car.

This 930 is in outstanding condition and needs to be seen to be appreciated.

Looks like a nice very nice car.
The pic of the bottom of the motor was obviously taken while work was in progress. It's real clean down there... most of them are no where near that clean.
The stainless braided rear brake lines are an upgrade in my opinion and it looks like new CV joints are going in since the bolts are not tightened on the left side and the other side half shaft isn't there. Probably getting a new S shaped oil hose from the oil tank to the motor too. Be sure an original German hose is going in there.
Good luck with the sale. That car is going to continue to increase in value over the years.

Thanks JFairman. Yes, the brake lines were upgraded. I also had all the oil lines replaced with OEM lines. The CV joints were not changed, the engine was out, so it was still in the process of being put back together. I told the shop to replace all the lines, seals, gaskets, etc. while they had the engine out. She is in outstanding condition, both cosmetically and mechanically. Leakdown test was 2%, compression 135-140 psi on all cylinders.
