I called my local Porsche dealer and they said that their systems did not go that far back. I then called Porsche North America and they said I had to call a dealer ![ooops](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/icon501.gif)
Can anybody tell me how to get the build sheet for this car?
The VIN is: 930908001197 if this helps.
Thank you!!

Porsche AG has the build sheets but it may take a visit to the factory to obtain one. In a recent Total 911 article, Magnus Walker mentioned that he obtained a copy of the build sheet for his ’76 Turbo Carrera #0015 during a visit to the factory.
If you are looking for delivery fitment, you can order a PCNA COA and they will provide the paint color, interior color and options. They don’t provide the date or dealer delivery and your best way to find this information is to have the original window sticker or maintenance manual (w/ dealer stamps) that came with the car. When I was researching first delivery for my ’75 930 Turbo, I was told the factory no longer has first invoice and delivery information (they only have this information for pre-1973 cars).
Can you provide the exterior and interior color (or photos) of your 930? I’d like to list #1197 in the last 50 signature edition thread.

C..Mike,
A little help when asking for one;
What Chevy, Ford, Pontiac, etc. guys call "Build sheets", the Porsche factory refers to as the "Kardex".
Attached below is the kardex for one of my early 911 built on October 14, 1965
Hope this helps.

Baron – beautiful Kardex for your early 911.
Agree that this is probably a terminology issue but Porsche does have build sheets for 930’s but they do not provide the “Handler” or delivery date of the early Kardex’s. The build sheets provide detailed information on the production, transmission/engine types/dates/specs/replacements, hidden production numbers, etc. 930’s also have a “Kardex” but they do not have the “Handler” or name of the person who originally took delivery like the early 911 Kardex’s. When you order a PCNA COA for your 930, you basically get the "Kardex" as they pull all the information from their Kardex and not the build sheets. Unfortunately, I don’t believe there is any centralized U.S. recording keeping with respect to the receiving dealerships so if you don’t have the window sticker, maintenance manual or a surviving Porsche dealership with good records, this information is probably not available for U.S. 930s. For my ’75 930, Pon’s Automobielhandel in the Netherlands has incredible record keeping as they had the invoice date, date it was sold and shipped to Vasek, etc.,so if you had a 930 delivered there, you would be able to obtain outstanding records but for other countries like the U.S. with extinct records, not so much.
