As the new owner of a 1987 Turbo I am looking for a good source to get some OEM NOS or good quality replacement parts such as door seal, shift ****, perhaps carpet kit, etc. I will be working to slowly restore the cosmetics back to a nice original condition.

I would like to know who you would recommend for a good source for parts please? Pelican? Stoddard? Suncoast, ...

All the ones you mentioned seem fine. It all depends on what you are looking for. I've used:
Pelican
FVD
Stoddard
Vertex
Automotion
Ebay

Out of all the ones mentioned, the one I've used the most is Pelican.

Thank you folks for the input.

I am mostly looking for OEM replacement parts as I am restoring this car. I am not looking for aftermarket / high performance stuff. I am going to limit the non-stock part of this car just to the wheels/tires.

Pelican, Stoddard, Suncoast are all good options as others mentioned here.

FWIW RL is great and I frequent a bunch of forums (RL, Pelican, Early 911S). But the 930 board over on Pelican is generally more active than the 930 forum here on RL.

+++Thank you!+++
I ordered a bunch of gaskets/seals/... and the car went in for a light body/interior/paint restoration and preservation....wheels ordered, rear tire/size selected, now I just need to pick a front tire size...

The under carriage / Powertrain / brakes are mint as the previous owner had this area all apart and restored. Next spring the car will be rocking!....

Also consider sending your list to a good local air cooled mechanic if you have one. They can give you advice, steer you to the right place for the part you want, receive large boxes safely. Some will even talk you through installation and with shipping costs you might not spend any more.
If you don't send business their way don't be surprised when they close up
