Just curious..does the euro fuel head flow more than the US?

Yes...ideal when increasing your bar of boost plus adding a bigger intercooler will increase your air intake. Too much air and not enough fuel will cause your car to run lean. The euro head and bigger fuel lines will flow more fuel thus keeping your afr's at bay. An adjustable wur or some some of fuel enrichment is a plus.
