Post Boost Levels and compression ratio?

Can any of you tell me what kind of boost levels you are running and at what compression ratio?

I know air cooled engines are a lot different (i.e. more likely to detonate), but I am looking for some feedback before I dial up the boost on my shark.

Thanks

How about if I give you a basic number to go by and you go with what you feel best about.

For each 3 to 4 pounds of boost - you add basically one point of compression.

So... a 7:1 compression 930 3.3 engine with 11.6 pounds of boost would be around 10:1 or so when up at .8 bar (11.6 boost).

I'm on a 7.5:1 compression. Higher compression generates more heat so I have an additional oil cooler and Andial fuel enrichment to help aid this. Also running on 98+ octane.

Forgot to add. I'm using a 0.9 bar boost spring. However it does go closer to or just below 1 bar during cooler weather under full load/throttle. I know I can go between 1 to 1.1 bar due to my 98 octane, low engine temps(additional oil cooler), fuel enrichment, arp conrod bolts, raceware headstuds and vition seals BUT I prefer to keep it just below 1 bar for engine longevity. What I look for is safe reliable power.
