Question oF of each white bar on the oil temp gauge

not to sound stupid, but not asking seems more stupid...
what is the corresponding temperatures in oF for each of the white bars on the oil temperature gauge for the '86 930? here in New England with our temps in the 20s so far this winter, it's been had pressed to go over the first bar.
I assume, like most gauge designs, the middle is where you want to be, but it's never been there since I bought the car in Nov. even at that time it was only low 30s.
I assume it's within the normal range, but what's the temp? also, since this is my first air-cooler (really oil-cooler) car I assume that 190-ish would be the norm?

Take a small flash light and look to the left side of the gauge and you will see marks that denote the temp. Changing to a numerical temp gauge is easy and only takes a couple of hours. Here is a picture of my '87 930 temp gauge face.
