My Car is over boosting now after the new Turbo installation and I think this is what cosign Cut of or Jerking engine after 4000 RPM.

what do you think i have to do, change my 1 Bar WG to .8 or .9 ?

Is there specific procedure to do with the car after installing New k27 turbo ?

I run a .7bar spring in my Tial WG bolted to Schnell headers with K27HFS piped to a Zork and my 935 style boost gauge shows ~.85 bar near redline….

I have the same setup, just about. I get zero overboost, some will blame the header design, but it's gotta be something amiss with the install.

Do you have the K27 + 1 Bar WG + Fabspeed headers and your car running smooth ?

Some one just till me that Fabspeed headers They are typically made undersized (tubes out of heads are 1.50” O.D.) and the pipe off to the wastegate designed does not allow exhaust to bypass the turbocharger properly. This results in too much flow through the turbo, and too much boost.

But i'm still not sure, I think i'm going to change my WG spring to .7 or .8 Bar what do you think ???

Yes, I have all of the above except an Andial IC and an Andial modified k27
Car runs great. The headers are the same design as BB, ghl and others. It's not the headers or else mine would do it too.
