Wanting expert recommendations for a 1979 930 battery
What are the absolute, cost no object rec's
What are the best 'for the money' rec's
What is available as 'original' or close to 'original' when the goal is a concours quality car

Try the Odyssey 925; Its the lightest that is reliable..The Braille is the lightest, but I'vr read where some have had multiple replacements. You do have to buy a battery mount system to install the 925 because it is so much smaller..

Auto engine start, no metal jacket, SAE terminals.

$191.94 - free shipping in the continental US

The PC 925T measures 6 15/32 long, 6 3/4" wide, 5 9/16" tall, and weighs 24.5 pounds.

I have the Odyssey 925 with the Rennline battery kit ... Been in the car for 3 years with no issues. Track car only, so it sits a lot, but battery maintains a good charge.

Huge weight loss compared to stock battery and it looks good too!
