Default Help ! 930 CRACKED MAHLE CYLINDER - What Could Have Cause this in 100 Miles after IC

Hi Guys,
I don't want to unnecessarily point the finger, but I need your advice.
I had a New York shop install a new Intercooler, K27 and headers and then I cracked a Mahle cylinder right down the middle. This failure happened in less than 100 miles after my shop did the change out installation of the IC, new turbo and headers.
The pistons looked fine but the cylinder was wasted.
I'll try to post a photo. Do I have to subscribe to post a photo or maybe I can't find how to post a photo while using my iPhone.
Is it possible that my shop missed something important that created an over boost situation?
What should I think?

All comments will be very appreciated.

Seems extremely unlikely that a cylinder would just crack without severe underlaying issues. Heat or major force (bent rod) usually the culprit. No noises before this happened?

I suggest trying Pelicans Turbo board.
