So I found this in my bosses shop just trying to get some information on it. I've been working on vw's for a while and have a vr6 that I'm looking to turbo. I have a good understanding of garret turbos if anyone knows what this would compare to. The only information that he gave me was that he got it off of an older porsche. Any numbers that I can get is greatly appreciated, lbs/min hp on 6 cylinders or where else to I can look to get information. Here are the numbers that are on it:

compressor side;

So looking further into it it is a 3ldz turbo. What does this mean to me is it anything to be happy about?

A 3LDZ is a stock 930 turbo. Many people upgrade them to a K27 variant to reduce turbo lag.
