Any suggestions for a reputable shop that can take care of my 930 rebuild?
I'm in South Texas, would not mind shipping to Houston, San Antonio, or even Dallas.

My car is almost bone stock, except for MSD and a Zork tube. Would you suggest any mods? I drive the car about once per week, no track, intend to keep it for life.

There are a lot of terrific shops for air cooled cars in Dallas area. Mayo Performance, 911 Enterprises, Fifth Gear, and Buckley racing just to name a few. Take your pick, they are all terrific.

In Dallas RAC, Mayo, Zims, 911 Enterprises are some of the well known ones. In Houston I heard of Callas. Check on Pelican Parts forum. They have tons of shop recommendation.
