I actually meant the whole car. What is the story on those amazing wheels?

Wheels
Gregg...my wheels are HRE 511's. Painted to match. Unfortunately, they have been discontinued. You can get a similar wheel thru Mike Lindsey at Lindsey Racing. The fuchs wheel is truly one of the greats.

dpixxi, was your car at porsche of the village family tree in the early spring? I think i also saw your car parked at Ault Park a couple weeks ago. Very nice. I didnt drive my 930, I drove my red Cayman S with the black/red rims. You might have walked by it.

Yes and Yes.
Hey UD Pride,
That was me both times. Does your Cayman have the black script lettering on the side? I don't blame you for driving your Cayman to Ault Park...it's got better AC than the turbo I bet and it was sweltering.

Thats the one. I have an 85/65 rule. If the temperature is above 85 or the humidity above 65%, Im going with A/C. It was Africa hot at Ault Park and as humid as New Orleans!

Your Cayman S looks great with the black wheels and black graphics. I definately took notice. What color is your 930? I'm guessing red seeing you are a proud Flyer!

stripes
luv the stripes.
Porsche recently resurected the Martini livery for a line of "lifestyle" products.
I bought a beach towel, hat, etc, so my opinion is biased, as I've admired the Martini design from new.
Also, you're not alone. The sales manager of our local dealership, Pioneer Porsche, just sold his Martini livery tribute car/project.
Rather than magnets, the stripes were added via "stickers." MIS did the work (who got their professional "jump start" by landing the contract for the first "Fast & Furious" movie).
The "Martini" G50 coupe sat in the showroom; and all the visitors (as well as the buyer - of course!), favored the colorful graphics.
2 cents,
Porsche Fan
