Wow..very interesting indeed. He will never get his $229,000 asking price. The engine build is very impressive...wow...some great attention to detail and the 962 engine is incredible..built by someone who had a ALOT of money. So it comes with a spare 964 N/A motor? I cannot imagine trying to get parts for that 962 engine.

Also Bruce Canepa in not your local garage guy. His 935 is still kicking at the Historics. i also vote yes. The money problem is really like any customized car----you have to find another guy with the same vision and the money (not easy) But, the car is great in my eyes.

No. The original 3.2 Carrera engine is included.

Parts aren't that big of a deal. You can send the motor to PMNA, they'll refresh it and send it back.

Wow. So simple! I can't believe we aren't all stuffing 962 motors in our 911s.

Yep, simple, but expensive as f*ck. It'll cost more than your 930 is worth to refresh it from the case up

Here's a photo of a motor PMNA did for a customer at the Monterey Historics last year.

Stupid question - how is the top-mount cooling fan driven? The standard fan is driven by belt off the crank, but I don't see any belts connected to it...
