Just dont blabthe asking price of the car to the new shop or they may get involved as it sounds like a steal. Also, I had two differnt eyes inspect my 53 Ruetter coupe before I bought it and if I had listened tothem I would have passed adeal of a lifetime. Always shop with your eyes and not with your ears**
