idle low

idle low
Started up car today, went down the road and noticed I was idle low.
Looked at my A/F gauge and saw I was lean at idle (19.0). I also noticed my boost gauge that nomally reads about 14-15lbs -vacum at idle was at 10.
Before this happened I noticed that when on boost it would go to 11lbs then drop down to 10lbs. I run a .8lb spring. spark plugs all look good. No oil burning. Anyone have any idea where I should look. I would think it was a vacum leak but cant find anything. I did take the intercooler off yesterday to check why I was dropping off boost alittle bit. Took car out after putting intercooler back on and ran fine except for still dropping down about 1- 1 1/2 lb boost up top.
Turbo is a K27HF , no oil in intercooler, checked wastegate and everything looks good. It is a tial wastegate by the way.
