Wow...great find. The interior was a $4000 special order in 1979...a Dr. Fuhrmann interior supposedly. Obviously the leather has dry rotted and separated from all the years of neglect.

From the Pelican thread it looks like you obtained these cars by knowing the owner for a long time. How did you manage to talk him out of the cars? People who pickle cars like these for decades are usually very hesistant to part with them.
