if I put a manual boost control how do I set it?& where to get 0.9 spring

if I put a manual boost control how do I set it to givr me 0.9 bar can I use the stock guage to set or I will need and aftermarket. should I just purchase a 0.9 spring? if so where do I purchase one?

I don't know all the particulars, but you do have to use a lower rated spring like .5 bar to start with. This will be your starting point. From here you adjust it up until you blow the engine up. ![Big Grin](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Definately use an aftermarket boost gauge. The stock one is worthless.

With any boost controller you can only go as low as the WG spring is rated for,i.e. .8 OEM will give you .8 as your lowest boost. I have a two position boost controller and the two settings are, .8 and .98. with a switch inside to select either one. Your engine should be in good shape to use any BC and higher boost should be used infrenquently if at all.
