I have an 87 930 which I would like to change one of the headlight's lens. Is it bosch h4 lens?
I just want to know where I can get it. I went to pelican parts and ordered it but what was delivered is a different one from what my 930 has. Probably it is for the older models. The part no. for what I ordered is 911-631-927-00 (genuine porsche) which is not the one I am looking for. My 930 has the stock headlights.

If anybody here knows the correct part no for the lens, kindly let me know.

By the way, this is from the diagram from pelican parts. If you can see, I ordered the part 911-631-927-00 which is labeled no. 2 in the picture which turned out to be the wrong part I bought. Looking at the picture labeled no. 20 which is probably the correct one. The no. 2 has the granulated edge on top while the no. 20 has the lines on the top edge which looked like what I have in my car. However, No. 20 is not in the Part No. column.

Your car should have H5 headlights which are slightly different that H4's. If you order #2, that it the right one for your car. If it doesn't fit, then someone changed them out, probably to H4's.

#20 is the lens only. If you want the entire assembly, you need to order #19, but I'm not sure if they are available any more. If they are, they are a lot more expensive than H4's

Thanks A930rocket. I checked the H5 at pelican parts and it is the correct lens for my car. I got the h5 headlights. Thanks again!
