Spring rates and Swaybars for RSR coilovers on a 930 Cab?
#17
I am running 400/500lb spring rates in my 1988 cab. To me the ride is just right....and with no squat. My car is not tracked, just sprited street driving. I did not reinforce the rear towers as Stephen has expleaned that a non-tracked car with 400/500 has never had a failure.
So far, so good.

how long have you been running the springs?
what sort of swaybars are you running?
you're down in Seattle, do you take your car to Chris's German Auto?

I bought a 4-post lift and rebuilt my suspension last winter, so about a year. Additionally, I'm running the factory sway bars with refreshed bushings and new drop links in the rear. I like the ride, no squat, firm enough and an easier time of changing ride height down the road. Mine shocks are custom valved to the spring rate also.
Chris's German did my PPI and really do nice work. Since I have the lift, I do all the nuts and bolt stuff myself. If real thought is needed I take it down the street to Monty and Redmond European.
