O.K. I know what you are referring to now. I have seen headers without heater that are the same as mine and it has a one piece three to one collector. I know Bob would have that taken care of. Bob would not cut corner in anything he does and that is why it is so expensive. I think it is worth the money. I want to buy his full bay intercooler one day. His intercooler is a work of art. Simply gorgeous.
Can you say around how much they cost?
That is the nicest header system with heat that I've seen for these cars.
It's looks like the primary pipes are in a common triangular arrangement as they come together into the collector thats out of view inside the heat exchanger.
The system consists of headers, turbo, muffler which all are custom designed by Bob. My tuner local here ordered and installed the entire system for $7k Cdn (this including oil lines to turbo). I know you can order for less directly but I don't know enough technical info to do that. This is why I trust my tuner completely and have them do it instead. I'm sure if you contact someone at MODE, they would be able to give you more accurate pricing.
To your question about the hose on the right side of the drip canister (shown in post 29): It is both a vent and an overflow. I have Holcombe headers (and drip canister) as well. I talked to Bob about this. Not only does it act as a vent, but in the event that the scavenge pump fails to keep up with oil collecting in the drip canister, the excess oil will go through that hose on the right to a fitting welded to the lower side of the right side chain housing cover. I have a Garrett turbo, running with an unrestricted oil feed line. Garretts flow more oil than KKKs, so the factory scavenge pump may not be able to keep up. According to Bob, this is only true below about 1500 RPM. So that second oil line on the top and right side of the drip canister will carry excess oil, if need be, to prevent the system from backing up and damaging the turbo seals. I think it's a very clever solution -- and a good safety measure -- that's much cheaper than a $500 high volume scavenge pump. A picture of how that line runs is shown below.

Fabspeed Turbo Headers with Oil lines and Drip accumulator
911 engines expand out from the center axis and because these headers have no expansion joint, I would think they are going to be prone to cracks (best guess is at the collector at turbo flange) fairly early in their life. My $0.02 USD
