I have a new shop working on my 930
And this guy has done some interesting work with fabrication and Porsche tuning (among others).
Thought you all might like to see some pictures of his project car. He hasn't really updated this page in a while. The car is now converted to twin turbo's in an SC chassis.

Thanks for sharing Jim !
I have a shop close to me in NC that does stuff like that too! That is one of the things I am going to miss when I will be permanently back at my old place of birth: the rich choice of available services like that. I know there is know-how and real good skills over in Finland as well (my 930 is there already), but there is just so much more of it here.....not to mention the fact that these guys here at the shop near me are like extended family by now...
What is this shop doing to your car?

Well he is trying to get the AFR leaned down across the range. He should be doing some dyno work this week to get the numbers better under load too. He is taking a look at the oiling for the turbo and also doing some finish work on some of the fabrication that my other guy did- mostly the intake piping that seats on the TB.
I also want a half cage, but that might have to wait for some commissions to come in

Tracy sent me some pictures of the intercooler and close-ups of the welds- pure ****. The I/C itself is done, but the placement/supports are just temporary for fitment.

The HFS should support up to 550 hp. I'm at around 455 hp to the crank now, so I have some room to go before the HFS cannot supply enough air.
