Something to think to about. When you purchase (Sunset for example) from Porsche ($4,500) you are buying the 94 3.6 Turbo wheels with the offset for the 94 model year. You will need spacers to get correct fit and will not look as good.

When you purchase from RH-Wheels ($3,299) you are purchasing the same centers with new outer/inner halves that have the 930 offset. In the end, you use stock spacers and the wheels fit perfectly.

My .02 cents anyways after my research before the purchase. Great choice and Joe was easy to work with.

Good choice Brian- Totally agree they set the car OFF!! RH is really great to deal with and for me they are on the E-coast. Mine were just under $4K so you saved some $$$ good for you..Looks like we are twins - almost

Thanks for all of the replies.

Mike, your car looks great. I'm guessing grey-market? What year? I purchased the RH-Wheels with refurbished centers, not new ones. That is why I saved some $$, otherwise they would have been 3,799 I think.

I included a pic of my tread pattern. I like the way it looks. 285/30 ZR 18's

I love that look, too! A set of those will be on the short list for me. When I went to the rh website they only show 3 pc. wheels. Someone else with told me you can buy 1 pc. for around $700 a piece. Is this true? and if so, what am I giving up with 1 pc. over the 3 pc.?

Default My .02 cents

With a one piece, you can not add or subtract the offset. Unless they offer the one pieces in many offset options, you may need to deal with spacers and never get the look or fit that your after.

Also, if you damage a 3-piece, you can buy new halves or one half and rebuild the wheel instead of buying another entire wheel.

Here is a close-up of mine. Got to luv the deep-dish look.

Lastly, I just think they look better. Hope this helps.

Bryan

Bryan,

Are you using the stock or any spacers at all?

What do your outer & inner wheel halves measure?

Thanks

I do not know the actual size or dimensions of my inner and outer halves. I'm sure Joe at RH-Wheels can help. I will try and look for my paperwork to see if it tells me the dimentions at all.

Regarding the spacers, I do not use any additional spacers other than the stock ones in the rear.

Thanks for looking,
Bryan

Bryan..

That would be grat if you could find-out from him. Regarding the spacer, didn't think you had an additional, just wondered if you still had to use the stock turbo space?

A friend of mine was supposed to buy that very set of wheels you have, he paused.. and ended-up getting a set of Speedlines but is unsure if he likes the looks of them on his car, although they are not on the car as yet!

I think the Speedlines are either Cups or RS Cups or something.. they are 3 piece and look very similar to Kenises Supercups.
He may be up for selling them if anyone is interested.

VERY nicely done....topside/bottomside, and inside. When I get mine back I'll have to take a drive and maybe we can hook up in the middle somewhere....You've put her together very nicely indeed. I'll look forward to any other pics you might have. You should have been able to post more...or send it to my email.

Wow! That is a huge improvement IMO.

Man the dish on the RH's is massive compared to the factory turbo 3.6 speedlines. Looks more like the 964 3.8 RS wheels....I likey!!
