My dad says his is too much of a pain to drive anymore, which I undertand. I said I would find a place for it with me in DC. He replied I was crazy. Sadly, an epic fail at premature acquisition.

Looks like the original topic of the thread was relisted at a much reduced price.

An '89 930 Cab with only 22.5k miles ... wow yummy temptation indeed!! Thankfully it's one of my least favorite and thereby unacceptable colors. Saving me yet again from the precipice of a divorce defining moment! ;-) The right buyer should be out there for a ~$55k price, which IMHO would be a damned fine bargain in the sports car world. If it sells for more, well, more power to the market then.

I think he's a lot closer to the real market value now but I would be surprised if he gets a bid on this auction.

Maybe RPM will buy it?

Well, check this one out http://www.canepa.com/inventory/coll...rbo/index.html I probably inserted into the message incorrectly but check the silver blue 930--That would sell for huge bucks at the right auction. Myself , I am in love with the 935s or that green RSR--just the thing for a quick trip to the wine store.

Yeah but that is a slope nose turbo S very rare and they made 3 or 4 of these with the turbo S package but no slope nose which fetch big $$.

WOW what a collection they have. I am a sucker for a good 964 speedster and both those they have are interesting and fantastic cars. I would shudder to know what they are asking
