A g 50 /52 should be easier to find they were in the 964 turbo's. I have been afraid to look i might find one and want to put it in and just cannot afford that at the moment.

will a G50/52 fit a 930 without much mods? or is it similar to the G50/50. what are the differences...?

The 52 is bigger still. If you don't alter it you will have to seriously cut the car.

PorscheMD, if you have access to Bruce Anderson's 911 Performance Handbook (great book BTW), there are some pictures of a RUF 5 spd and a standard 930 4 spd side by side on page 231.
