Question Roll Pin Size Used When Replacing Bilstein Front Strut Insert

Can anyone tell me what size the roll pin is that is used to secure the lower shock cartridge on the Bilstein front strut? I'm replacing the inserts this week and want to have the needed parts BEFORE I begin (I know, I know..... parts on hand before - WOW! What a a concept!).

Would appreciate any info/insight anyone can offer. Thanks!

I don't know the size but I drive them out with a 1/4" drift punch from the back side and then rotate them 180 degress and reinstall them if i start to hear cluncking over bumps while the tire is supported by a floor jack.
Thats worked on mine.

I had to bend the steel brake line a tiny bit out of the way to make clearence as it came out the front side of the strut.

It's odd that the exploded parts diagrams I've seen don't even show that roll pin, and I've never found a part number for it.

Maybe a generic one sourced locally will work as long as it's a good tight fit.
