Stu.p, I can get a set of headers coated in Atlanta, ga for about 200 bucks...

"rip of uk" as per usual...you's guys are well lucky with some of the prices you can first of all source the cars for then run the things,,petrol/parts/mods etc..
think when i get headers next year in the usa will arrange to have them coated before i get them sent,,makes perfect sense!

The GHL's use mild steel or lcs for flanges for a technical reason, something to do with the heat IIRC.

Stu, are you sure that company will guarantee that coating at the temps our headers will see? I couldn't find anyone near me that could do it.
