I personally am not a welder. There are no loose pieces in the header. I am a stand up seller. I have never had a problem with parts I have sold to other rennlist members. If I were told by the welder( 20yrs exspierence) that he thinks it would not hold up. I would have never put them up for sale. If cajun feels more confortable he can take the header to a welding shop and have them looked at. If they say he will run into a problem, I will gladly refund his money. If they feel they do need work and can fix them, I will pay for the repair. The pics make the weld look alot worse than it is in person. You can read in this post about the bumpers I sold and you can see what he said about the condition and how I handled it.

Headers just showed up EXACTLY AS REPRESENTED BY JBROWN. The pictures do not accurately show the weld (if you can believe that)....the weld is ten times better looking in person. The inside of the tube is smooth. Whoever welded it did a good job. I hope to have them on the car by the end of the week. Hopefully everything I have read where members have said that headers make a HUGE difference is true.

Thanks again JBrown. I will let you know how it all turns out.

I would fit an old turbo until you have them heat cycled 5 or so times.

Any particles from the new welding may damage your turbo.

I don't mean parts coming loose either.

Before I sent them out, I sanded them down to a smooth finish. If cajan posted a new pic you would see there are no particals what so ever. It is a smooth as a babies ***.

I am going to run my old turbo in my new headers for the same reason I would want to do it to some that had been repaired. I am very happy with the quality of the welding with my brand new GHL's but I don't want to impair my brand new K27 HFS.

I've just ordered my HFS and Kevin gave me exactly the same advice...
