Default 104 degrees in Hotlanta

Just wanted to rub, uh, let you guys know that my new A/C blew ice cold air on my boost feast today with the outside air at 104 dergees F. Also, I am including a pic of the old beast with her new clothwes on. It's fun to get a thumbs up from so many people while driving around trying to stay out of the boost band.

I love red cars. I think they take the best pics.

The A/C is Retroaire out of Dallas, Tx. I figured if anyone would know heat it would be a Texan. Today for good measure I added a small fan to the rear condenser that runs when the A/C clutch is activated.
Here are a couple more pics. The shine of these new paints is unbelievable. I would not wish having your car painted on anyone! Triple D, it's a DP piece that I bought on ebay. I think it makes it look more agressive like it will bite! It took a while to fabricate all the brackets but I enjoyed it.

If your car was lowered it would be perfect. Looks fantastic. Tell us more about the re-paint. I used to work in a body shop, so its great to compare notes.

Nice cars guys.. with all these pics popping up it sure is keeping me inspired to get back into the garage and get my car back together. A little bit at a time I guess, too many things to devide that time between!!

J Bailey.. I've been trying to lay my eyes on this car.. looks sharp. Are you going to the PCA Potomac event.. "Gathering of the Faithful" in Reston next week?

It depends. In the down time of my rebuild I bought a boat for our place near Solomons/Cavert Co. So if the weather is good, we will most likey be there. But if you want to meet up any other time, drop me a note at john.bailey@rennlist"dot"net I work around the corner from the Town Center.

Drove it today, and its "insert adjective" hot/humid again in VA!!!

I'll give a +1 to that!

You have to love those hot, hazy & humid DC Area summer afternoons!

Yasin,
It was lowered but I raised it an inch to see how the new valance was going to clear all of the neighborhood bumps etc. Since it has coilovers it isn't much of a task to lower it again once I figure out the scrapes.
