Is a Slantnose conversion a do-able mod ?

I say do what you want I've built many many cars and the one that I did to please someone else I hated. I took a very clean 76 930 and did the slant convertion and would do it again if your doing your car for resale you probably won't get your money back out of it but if your like me my car is NOT for sale and won't be unless a 55-57 speedster become available that I can afford and I don't see that happening anytime soon.

What's a couple of fenders compared to the money I have tied up in my car? keep your old parts and you can always go back.

Old thread revival, sorry in advance. I just got a '77 with a slant nose conversion. It's missing one of the rear vent "collector" fins. Can't find one to save my life, unless I want a full set from Pelican for $1500+ Ouch!
