i have been offered some very rare speedline 964 rs 3.8 18 inch wheels ( i darent tell my wife how much ,but as you can imagine these wheels go for fortunes) i have an '89 turbo, being a 930 means it can swallow big wheels. I know the 3.8 rs was a 964 turbo shell, im assuming it used non turbo trailing arms? are 964 non turbo traling arms the same as 930 turbo arms, albeit modified for a coilover rather than a torsion bar?.the wheels are an inch wider front and back than the speedlines on a 3.6 turbo of the same year, they actually look like the wheel centre is loads further inset( which it is). I am told these wheels DONT fit a 964 turbo, but im hopin that means they will fit a 930 turbo. any ideas?

Do a search on the 964 turbo forum, there is a relevant thread somewhere (suggest search widest wheels or similar). I think Adrian did post and said the 11 inch rears would fit a 930 and not the 965.
