Quick question about running a MSD ignition module

Mine is just the standard 6A, I happened to have it left over new in the box from my muscle car days. I would prefer the 6AL, but will just have to watch the revs instead.

Tonight or Tuesday I am going to try and get the tach working. I can't seem to locate the black and purple wire / connector ... maybe the ROW car color codes / wire harnesses are different?

I'll have to go by the wires that connected to my Permatune tach (pin 2) ... I bought the MSD tach adapter PN8920 for magnetic triggering. I haven't had time to look at the connection instructions... then again, I don't really trust the MSD instructions anymore. I think you said white wire to MSD tach out and violet to the car's tach wire. I'll play around with it tonight and see what happens.
