IMO, you should go with an aftermarket CDI unit, such as the MSD. It will give better performance and a hotter spark, allowing you to run a larger plug gap for more power and efficient burn at higher boost levels. This is of course, if you plan to keep the car and mod the hell out of it

I run a Crane Fireball CDI unit and run ~0.032" plug gaps, which fires reliably even at 1.3bar of boost
