I got the problem all fixed up.. I had to tap in that plug on the WUR a little with the CIS gauges hooked up.
She starts right up now... I was looking at the wrong pressure chart the first time and I was off by about 10 PSI...
I'm all good now, thanks for everyone's help... Hope I didn't hijack this thread too much.
That being said, Louis, check your cold start pressure.
