Yes they are stainless steel, 9m say they are "similar" to B&B's but made out of better grade steel and better welding, I’m sure they have fitted a jet in there somewhere too

I was going to contact Brian about an adjustable WUR. I've been talking with a company who is close to completing a S/S system for the 930. I'm suppose to go look at it in a couple of weeks. I posted a couple of muffler shots, stock US vs Euro on my cam thread.
