Default Who sells rebuilt WUR's?

Just measured cold control pressure on mine and it's 0.5 - 0.6 bar at 10C. ..way down seeing as lower spec is 1.0bar. Didn't really move much after a few minutes plugged in, and system pressure is good (6.2bar).

I see Special T Auto sells many rebuilt ones... Anyone else out there that sells rebuilt ones? Mine is 438 140 112

Thx!

The 112 is a Euro unit. Make sure your replacement has that suffix.
Vertex sells rebuilt units for ~$250 last I checked.
I priced a new one today - $700, had to ask him twice to confirm that price.

...corrected orig post as I had wrong number in there. Decided to do another test early this morning to see if maybe I didn't let it warm up long enough since it was so cold in garage. Let run for 10mins plugged in and it only got up to 1.1bar. It's shot.

Why not have your WUR modified to be fully adjustable? Brian Leask did mine and took 1/2 hours to tune. Here's the tunning resuts:

Control pressure "cold": 1.8 bar
Control pressure "warm": 3.75 bar
"full throttle enrichment": 3.4 bar (book says 2.9, but with my IA fuel head and mods, we'll see)
System pressure: 96 PSI

It's a nicely designed unit with full adjustments. We were able to dial it in exactly to spec. If you're interested, contact Brian: bleask@***.net

He'll shoot you some pics of the mods. It's first class.

NSXTC -- Why did you have yours modified? Was it out of spec?

...mine is just so far out of spec I'm wondering if it can be adjusted back in.

Honestly, I don't know if it was out of spec, but as part of my engine rebuild, it was one of those "while you're in there". It's really for piece of mind kinda thing and knowing I can fully adjust it easily enough.

The way I see it...Vertex charges $250 just to rebuild. For another $50, you can have a rebuild + a fully adjustable WUR.
