Default 80-89 cam holding tool, where to buy?

anyone found a low cost source for this tool? It's the one used to hold the cam gear (fits into holes in gear) while you remove 19mm nut on end of cam shaft. Checked places I now of and they're something like $80 or $90.

I think most suppliers sell them (EBS/vertex/Pelican). Maybe even Stephen (IA) has them too?
