Default boost gauge not working

My boost gauge just stopped working today. I haven't driven the car for a couple weeks and it worked fine then.

What can I check to see if a wire came loose or a chipmunk knocked something off?

Where is the boost senor located? Behind the IC?

Thanks,

By the way, the car seem to be boosting fine, it just seem like the gauge stopped working.

If it is pegged at full boost check the brown and white wire going to the red sender on the intercooler or the Pop Off valve depending on your setup. Ground the wire down. If the gauge reads normal at that point then the sender is bad.

I disconnected the wire on the sender (behind the stock IC) and plugged it back in. Now it works fine. ???

Thanks

Sounds like a loose or corroded contact to me that you corrected when you removed/plugged in the sender wires. Hope it stays fixed for you.
