Anybody familiar with this type of "Turbo" that is on e-Bay?

First I've ever heard or seen of one.

 

Wow...that is actually a very sexy car!! The body kit and lines screams the '80s but actually looks pretty wicked. Never heard of "Evex"...wonder how the bidding will go?

Things I noticed on it:
18" SSR Wheels
Looks like a stock exhaust (muffler)
Why no engine and interior shots?
Rear fenders are pretty sweet.

Cool for 1980s, Seems that the body needs paint/fiberglass work. Looking at the front were the paint is Peeling off.
