Default Fuel Delivery

I am having a problem where my 1980 930 will sputter under hard acceleration at around 5000 rpms. It especially does it on a right handed turn.

I just replaced the front fuel pump and check valve.

Last year I replaced the overboost switch.

It feels like it can't get enough fuel.

I am having some other electrical problems that I think are attributed to a bad ignition switch, (no power windows, no turn signals or flasher, no horn, no fuel pump...)

I basically "hot wired" the fuel pump directly so I could drive it but I've been reading that there is an air meter that works with the fuel pump. Could bad the ignition switch be also causing another system not to work that could be the reason for the fuel deliver problem too?

I ordered a new ignition switch yesterday so I'll find out next week. I was just wonder if someone might have some insight as I rack my brain for ideas.

Thanks

Milhaus,
Like I told another guy on the forum I had a loose connector behind the ignition switch. There are four or five connectors that plug into the firewall and they can be "in" and not be making contact. I lost my power windows and radio etc, all at once and I knew that they could not have all failed so I looked and found the loose plug. They are hard to reseat and will go in wrong! They have five or six prongs on the m and an alignment slot but they are soft rubber and will go in wrong.
LOL,
Rudy

I used to have these problems, changed my ignition cables and solved it. I know it's not that easy all the time when it comes to electrical.
