Yasin, the core is 16 3/8 L x 8 3/4 W x 4.5 Thick(H). With the end tanks it is 13 W. Let me know if you need any other dimensions.

Are you planning on building your own intercooler?

slownrusty,
Are you retaining the AC condenser? If not, why not build an intercooler like the 964 turbo intercooler?

Sweet!! You do it yourself or do you have a guy do it? Ive been toying with the idea of doing my own because of how high the costs for these things are. Its nice to see im not the only one.

I will be definitely keeping the A\C and I have designed the Intercooler in AutoCAD 2005. Because I am absolutely awful aluminum welder, I will have it fabricated for me using my shop drawing. I will polish it an smooth down the welds after I get it back. Keep a watch out on this post for updates.

Will use all factory mounting locations too.
