Titanium can not deal with the heat from the turbo. It will not last. If you want something stronger use inconel.

A nice set of equalk length inconel headers with Burns merge collectors will cost you about $4-5k.An exhaust will be about $1500.However, inconel for an exhaust is a bit overkill since stainless will work very well.

The problem I have been told about with Titanium custom made exhausts is that mandrel bends are not made in Ti, thus the welder has to cut "triangles" of pipe to create a "crayfish" like shell turn. The minimal loss in airflow though is out-weighed by the weight saving. This can and does dramatically increase the price.

You can get mandrel bent titanium now.No more Japan style bends.

The exhaust would be a good buy with all the stories I've been hearing on the B&B exhaust cracking.
