How many without sunroofs?
I'm interested in the answer to this question as well. I have a 78 RoW car with no sunroof, and that's one of my favorite features on the car, especially because it's being used for the track. No sunoof means less weight (and less weight high in the car, which is important), greater rigidity, more headroom (especially noticeable when wearing a helmet), no rattles, squeaks, and leaks, and less complexity. And personally, I couldn't care less about opening the sunroof in a 930 -- open top cars are fine below 100 mph, but who wants to go that slow? I see very few 930s in the US without a sunroof.
It's my impression that for US delivery, all dealer-spec 930s were delivered with sunroofs as a standard "option." It was possible to special order one as a sunroof delete, but that was rare. For RoW cars, there was apparently much less desire to have a sunroof, so the basic configuration was typically without a sunroof, though it could be optioned in. I've never had this confirmed though, so I'll be interested to see if someone with more knowledge can chime in.
