I have the same dual cooler setup. For street use, it's overkill, as I can barely get the oil to the first tick mark (90 C). For track use, it's a requirement.
I have the second oil cooler and to improve flow I took the AC condenser out. As Pesky points out it is very effective keeping the beast cool on the track. I rarely see temps >200F.
