Default Disabling car - what's the best way

What's the best way to disable my car. I don't want it to start while I'm gone for the next 3 week. Is there a relay that I can pull? If so, which one and where is it?

Thanks!

take out the battery, remove the steering wheel, pull the fuse pump fuse, chain it to a light pole

Are you keeping your son from driving it or it from getting stolen from a parking lot?

I always liked the coil wire or coil for that matter. Fuel pump relay loosened or removed would be good too. In my early car, I could remove the shifter rod set screw pretty quickly.

My car is in a temporary garage (big tent) right now because my house is still under construction. I'm trying to make it a little more difficult for someone to take my car for a joy ride while I'm overseeing the final construction of my house, so I pulled both of the fuel pump relays and the fule pump fuse. I would have pulled the steering wheel but I just don't have time.

Thanks to everyone for their replies.
