Question How to change spring in Tial wastegate?

Hi,

I'm trying to the spring of my 46mm Tial wastegate and wonder what is the correct procedure?

It looks like all I have to do is to open up the top part that's secured by 6 allen bolts? Is there a gasket in there that needs to be changed? What torque do I use to re-tighten the bolts?

thanks...

Yup, just be careful not to pinch the diaphram when you put it back together. Just get the bolts good and tight, I never re torqued them. By the way I have some extra springs for sale if your interested. .2, .3, .7 and .9bar, $25 each or $90 for the lot. Brentturbo83@aol.com

Thanks for the tip Brent...

My biggest worries were need for some kind of gaskets once I opened it.
Will give it a try soon.
