Help with air filter on 1988 930
I am trying to replace the air filter in my 1988 930. I have located the 2 clips on the front of the airbox, but cannot find any on the rear.
Trying to access the rear of the airbox is a pain. I even tried to remove the oil filter and access from underneath, but no luck.
Your help is appreciated.

Got it.
Your right. There are not clips on the back at all. I ended up unbolting the airbox to remove , but could not get the clearance over the intercooler. I removed the intercooler, and could not get clearance over the AC compressor.
With the free play available to move the box around i was then able to work the filter into place.
Gotta love Porsche.

Soon you'll learn to just flip the clips and TUG the old one out and PUSH the new one back in.
