Default 1982 Porsche 911SC Turbo/930 - Guidance, please

Hello, dear enthusiasts!
A friend of a friend inherited this car and is asking for guidance on its value and how to market it. Any advice, input, and opinions you can provide would be much appreciated.

I mentioned the following are important:
Number of previous owners
Service records
Carfax
Clear title
Matching numbers for engine & transmission
Anything that would not have been original when new?

He was able to only find out:
1982 Porsche 911SC Turbo/930 - RoW
100,000 miles
Clear California title. The deceased owned it since 1999.
Service records that go back to 2000 but don’t know how complete it is.
No Carfax

Thank you all for your help!

For market value, need the chassis # to find out if it's a 1982 911SC or 911 Turbo.

Also, those slots in the rear bumper will help dissipate turbo heat back there.

Yes, the VIN number seems to be one of a 930. The original color was black metallic though.
