anyone know if rotors and calipers from a 996 turbo can fit on my 930 and what about the parking brake would that still work with new setup?

Not without adapters for the caliper and the hat. The rears will need to have the rotors machined and an insert placed in them to allow use for the parking brake. Most of the kits will accommodate this type of setup.

You can move the fronts to the back and run the 993 Big Reds in the front.
